Code to Cashflow started with a simple observation: most engineers work hard, earn well, and still feel like their time isn't their own.

Salary covers today, but it doesn't create options for tomorrow. James Nall built this company to change that.

Meet our founder

About James Nall

James Nall spent years writing code, leading teams, and navigating both startups and corporate life. He saw what many software leaders face with long hours, job uncertainty, and the reality that a salary doesn't equal freedom.

He started investing in real estate for himself, building a portfolio that created income beyond his paycheck. That gave him his first real taste of leverage and the ability to step back to prepare for his future and choose how to spend his time.

Code to Cashflow grew out of that experience and gives fellow software leaders and developers the same opportunity to build wealth that supports family, friends and the freedom to work on their own terms.

James invests his own capital in every deal, right alongside his investors.

Investors receive quarterly distributions during the hold period, with profits realized when the property is sold.

Each opportunity is underwritten with conservative assumptions and run through multiple scenarios to test the downside.
